Milestone Achievement: Marshmallow Named No. 1 ODM Company in Cushion Foundation Sales
Great News! Recently, based on data from Beauty Data AI, Marshmallow has been certified as the “No. 1 ODM Company in Cushion Foundation Sales.” (Data period: Aug. 2025–Jul. 2026)

Identifying Opportunities for Product Innovation Based on Market Demand
As a cosmetics ODM company under the Co-Fun Group, Marshmallow continuously explores the C2B2F (Consumer–Brand–Factory) product development model based on market and brand needs. For ODM companies, the core of the C2B2F model lies in precisely translating the pain points of end consumers—as identified by brand owners—into engineering solutions that are both mass-producible and feasible.
During the long-term development of cushion products, Marshmallow observed that the compatibility between the formulation and components such as the sponge, mesh fabric, and inner liner significantly impacts the product’s user experience and stability. Based on real development needs, the team conducted further research into packaging-material compatibility and developed an innovative, patented “Sandwich Structure Cushion.” Building on this foundation, the team has continued to iterate and optimize the technology, exploring additional foam solutions tailored to different product requirements to provide brands with diverse product development options. This technology is currently patented in both China and Japan.
Compared to making adjustments solely at the formulation level, innovation in packaging material structure offers an alternative approach to the development of air-cushion products. Through the synergistic design of formulations and foam, a more systematic development framework can be established in terms of compatibility, stability, and user experience, while also providing greater flexibility in packaging material selection and cost optimization.

CDMO Ecosystem Synergy: Supporting Continuous Innovation Through Fundamental Research
Simple product iterations are easily replicated, whereas continuous innovation is a key strategy for maintaining product differentiation. Guided by the business principle of “customer-centric and market-oriented” and leveraging the synergies of the Group’s CDMO industrial chain, Marshmallow continuously integrates innovation into product development.
Leveraging the Group’s proprietary raw material brands and six R&D centers, Marshmallow has accumulated over 170 authorized patents to date, building a wealth of technical expertise across diverse research areas. Based on these R&D achievements, Marshmallow is able to cross-apply technologies from different fields and, by aligning with the practical needs of color cosmetics, explore more differentiated solutions—from raw materials and formulations to packaging materials—to provide brand clients with more distinctive product development support.
In the future, Marshmallow will continue to leverage the Co-Fun Group’s industrial synergy capabilities, focusing on market demand to continuously explore product innovations with practical application value.
